We had a wonderful 3-night stay at NH Collection Colón in Valencia. The location is perfect—right between the old town and the newer parts of the city—making it easy to explore everything Valencia has to offer. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and very comfortable. Our room was stylish, quiet, and spotless, with all the little touches that make a stay feel special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations and a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. We thoroughly enjoyed discovering both the historic charm of the old city and the vibrant, contemporary vibe of the new areas—all within easy reach from the hotel. Highly recommend NH Collection Colón for a relaxing and stylish stay in Valencia!

As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I really appreciated how they thoughtfully catered to my needs, offering delicious and safe options. Really lovely spacious room. Big luxurious bathroom. We had everything we needed, shower gel, shampoo conditioner etc, plus make up remover pads, shoe cleaning kit. Was lovely to get some biscuits and a gift of a box of soap. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice both on the cold buffet and the hot choices made to order. We had the smoked salmon with rocket on toast and it was so delicious that had to have it the second day as well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly could not fault it.

We had breakfast included and there was a fabulous selection of juices, cereals, breads, sweet treats, cold meats, yogurt, fruits and cheeses. There was also a hot food menu which had a great selection. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. My daughter and I had a fabulous time 😍.
